We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location was ideal, with plenty of public areas to relax and unwind. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and laundry services available. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center, where we enjoyed relaxing massages and beauty treatments. The outdoor area was beautiful, with a sun terrace and garden, perfect for basking in the sun. We highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The rooms were clean and tidy with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and a small fridge. The hotel's location was ideal for my trip, as it was close to the main attractions in the area. I also appreciated the complimentary water provided in the room.
The service at the bar area and room service was very slow. It took around 45 minutes to an hour for the food to arrive, and on some occasions, they didn't have all the menu items available.

The hotel is located in a convenient spot with good access to the area we needed to get to. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was generally friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were decent, and we enjoyed the coffee provided in our room. The air conditioning worked well in our room, making it a comfortable temperature to rest in.

The hotel had several drawbacks, some of which stood out more than others. The Wi-Fi was problematic and the elevators constantly out of service.
